Shipping & Exchange Policy

Thank you for considering Toi Beauty for your beauty needs. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges may be necessary. Therefore, we have created the following return and exchange policy for your convenience: 

 

Returns: 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@toibeauty.com and they will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as it was when you received it. 

Toi Beauty monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were resent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt. 

Certain items, such as but not limited to; lip products, gift cards, and electronic gift cards, are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s).  

 
Exchanges: 

To ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction, Toi Beauty maintains strict quality controls on all of its products and will promptly address any concerns regarding damaged items. Kindly be advised that in the event of receiving a damaged product, we respectfully request that you promptly contact our customer service team within 72 hours of the receipt of the said product. Please note: Items noted as final sale or not returnable, gift cards, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return. 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt at info@toibeauty.com. Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item. Please note that the item must be in its original packaging and unused, and we may require photo evidence of the defect or damage. 

 

Shipping cost: 

All shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance for your shipment, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. 

Our shipping policy offers a flat rate of $95 for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 1-3* business days. All orders placed before 2 p.m. EST will leave the warehouse the same day. 

*Please note that longer delivery times may occur due to the carrier, and while we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control. 

 

Refunds: 

We are pleased to offer a full refund of the purchase price, with the exception of shipping costs, for any returned merchandise that adheres to our return policy. Please note that return shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item. If you used a gift card or store credit for your purchase, a new gift card or store credit will be issued for the amount of the refund.
